Here is a short description of the class that goes with this playlist…
Buckle up yogis and get ready for some fun transitions!  Float from Eka Pada Bakasana (One legged crow) to Tripod headstand and later learn to glide from Marichyasana I (Seated forward fold wrap) into Eka Pada Bakasana. Jump start your handstand practice with some explanations on pikes and one legged entry methods. Complete your adventure with kicking over from Urdhva Dhanurasana at the wall. Enjoy!

Time to open those hamstrings and prepare for Kurmasana! The turtle calls for complete surrender of body and mind. We will warm up with lots of flow and then finish up at the wall with deep stretches, and a unique way to approach Tittibasana using the wall, blocks, and plenty of patience!

Hi Yogis,
As most of you already know I am now streaming LIVE every Sunday from the Yogis Anonymous website from 8-9:30am (Pacific Time).
Here is a LINK to the newest full length online Yoga Class via the Yogis Anonymous website!
This class is all about hamstrings, sweat and flow! You will start out in a forward fold, progress through some creative, hip opening B Sun Salutes and finish the flow with a supported Hanumanasana (splits). We then top it all off with inversion playtime, backbend variations and sweet savasana!
