Hi,I have been practising Alternate Nostril breathing for three weeks now about 15 minutes a day,I have noticed that my skin color has begun to look a lot healthier and I seen to have lots more energy.I have swam all of my life but doing pranayama seems to have improved my uptake for oxygen.I also think that all the cells in the body begin to vibrate and food in the stomach is broken down a lot better due to more oxygen,therefore the body is able to extract more nutrition.
