Sun Salute A

Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskara A) creates heat while promoting flexibility, strength, and a connection to the breath. It is a very effective way to inject some cardio into your yoga routine and is a terrific way to warm up for deeper poses. Practice this at least once before Sun Salutation B.
