    I love hearing about all the different poses. I’ve Googled all the poses and notice I use them in my Bikram class. These have made me feel so much stronger! I’m strengthening my core and feeling more flexible. It’s nice to know the names of the poses so I can follow along without looking at someone else in the mirror. Thanks!
